Running Evaluation
We perform a detailed slow motion treadmill gait analysis to maximize performance and decreases injury risk. We then complement these form changes with precision programming to ensure you show up to the starting line of your next event injury free and ready to perform!
Professional Bike Fit
Our goal is to find the optimal position for YOU on YOUR bike. This comprehensive session includes analysis on and off the bike.

TMJ / Jaw Evaluation
We specialize in bringing relief to those suffering from chronic TMJ pain, neck pain and the frequent headaches that often come with it. Let's regain your freedom of movement without surgeries, injections, or wasting time with ineffective treatments.

Restore and Perform is our solution to help keep your past injury where it belongs: in the past. Your Restore & Perform program is your personal outlet each month and is intended to keep you maintaining past progress, preventing future issues, or improving overall recovery. Our clinicians may perform manual therapy, movement assessments, or updated exercise prescriptions based on your specific needs!
Small Group Women's Weightlifting
Wednesdays 10:00-11:00 am.
The hour-long class will include a warm up, various strength work with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc, and a core and pelvic floor specific cooldown. Whether you are maintaining an active lifestyle during pregnancy, transitioning into postpartum movement, embarking on the journey of menopause, starting your weightlifting journey, or just looking to have some structure to a weekly weightlifting session this class welcomes women of all backgrounds and experience levels.
Strength training plays an important role in our bodies feeling good, however, this class is not a substitute for a physical therapy appointment. If you are looking for specific help addressing aches and pain, pelvic floor physical therapy, and more, book an initial evaluation appointment with Dr. Heather Salzer.
